I’m Dr. Ansy John, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC — and I’m truly honored that you’re here.
Reaching out for mental health care is a brave and important step. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or a loved one, know that this space was created with compassion, understanding, and clinical excellence at its core.
As a dual board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner with a doctorate in clinical practice, I’ve spent many years helping children, teens, and adults find healing and hope through challenging seasons. I specialize in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of mental health conditions — from anxiety and ADHD to mood disorders and trauma — using a comprehensive, evidence-based approach.
But beyond the clinical side, I deeply believe in the power of listening. In every session, I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where you feel heard and respected — a space where healing can begin.
My care is rooted in a unique blend of medicine and psychotherapy. I combine scientific precision with human connection, tailoring each treatment plan to meet your individual needs. I also focus on identifying potential risks early and working collaboratively to build long-term strategies for mental wellness and prevention.
